Frank Hertwig
Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in both physiotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
As a state-registered medical masseur, I worked for nine years in a physiotherapy practice and ten years in a TCM practice. This wide-ranging experience has shaped my therapeutic approach and broadened my perspective on different treatment options.

My specialism lies in medical massage and the treatment of muscle tension, joint problems and functional limitations. It is important to me to treat symptoms in a targeted manner, promote mobility and support the physical wellbeing of my patients.
In addition to my medical training, I have studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in depth. Through my TCM studies and my knowledge of Tuina and Zheng Gu – a manual joint and body therapy based on the principles of TCM – I combine Western medical principles with traditional Chinese treatment methods.
In my work, I focus on the person as a whole. I place great importance on personalised treatment, a careful assessment of symptoms and a trusting working relationship. Empathy, precision and personalised care are, for me, the cornerstones of successful therapy.
My aim is to use my experience and specialist knowledge to provide my patients with expert support, to alleviate their symptoms and to help them maintain their mobility and quality of life as effectively as possible.
